Question: what could be some good thesis for the novel “Chronicle of a Death Foretold”?
so im writing a book review and report about this novel and i can’t find any subjects to make the paragraphs out of to support my thesis. i don’t know if im making myself clear but it’s probably because im not very clear on the meaning of thesis. what i kinda know it means, (according to my teacher), at the end of the intro, the thesis is supposed to say if you liked the book or not and give some kind of examples like “i liked this book because it had a lot of romance, patriotism, and suspense” and then start your next paragraph saying “the romance in this novel blah blah blah… but im not entirely sure if this is how it works and if it doesn’t please correct me!
and also if u have read the novel please help me out picking some good subjects for my thesis?/ paragraphs

thanks in advance
can someone also tell me what the theme of this novel is if any. answering any of these question will be VERY helpful!

What are some books similar to “The Virgin Suicides”?

Question: What are some books similar to “The Virgin Suicides”?
I also like the book “The Last Unicorn” by Beagle.
I am searching books like these ones. Either with mystery about magical creatures or little kids with mysterious lives.
I am fond of wolves too, I have the book called “The Sight” and “The Jungle Book”.
I have seen the movie “Mockingbird Don’t Sing” and it was based on a true story about a girl that had no contact with the outside world because she was kept in the basement of her house at all times, tighted up in a chair. I don’t know if there is a book about her, but it would be great if you knew one that is similar to this story!

If there is anything you could recommend I would be really grateful!

you can break “I like mystery books” to at least two ideas: 1. if you like reading (and why they will enjoy this book for it being so captivating, etc.), 2. mystery book and how it is an exceptional novel, 3. it will teach them many new things they didn’t know before and that were quite interesting (I haven’t read the book but there are interesting things you learn in every book), and you can also add 4. it will take them to a whole new world where they will forget about everything around them

Question: What are some good murder mystery books for teens?
I just got done reading the book “Wish You Were Dead” by Todd Strasser and I was wondering what some other good teen books out there like that were? I like the murder mystery ones–not too scary with like people getting stabbed to death and stuff and really gruesome things–but ones more like maybe a little like that? Or ones where they get kidnapped or killed and they’re trying to figure out who did it? Anybody have any suggestions?
